CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of purchase by sending an email to us at support@salonjedimarketing.com. If you accept to join our Facebook Groups or any other digital formats and/or download any digital software within the 14-day period, you will automatically lose your right to cancel your purchase.

ACADEMY TERMS

If you join our Academy, you are agreeing to join for a 12-month fixed-term and the following terms apply:

-The agreement starts as soon as both parties have signed the t’s and c’s.
-The agreement is for a minimum period of 12 months from the start date.
-This agreement is non-transferable unless you are upgrading your package.

PAYMENT – ACADEMY

All payments for the agreement are due in advance as follows:

a. Annual: Payment in full before commencement of agreement.

b. Monthly Direct Debit Payment Plan: Payments on the same date as the agreement started each month by Direct Debit for 12 months. A minimum of 12 monthly payments are required before this contract may be terminated.

If you fail to pay any amount due under this agreement for a period of more than 30 days (without prior approval), you will be denied access to the community group and online learning tools, and it will be escalated to our legal team.

PAYMENT – EVENTS

There are generally “pay in full” prior to the event, or payment over an agreed instalment plan. The overall price must be paid, including any final instalment, before the date of the event. If you are paying by instalment, then the event you are booking must be sufficiently far ahead for all the instalments to have been made in advance of the event.

All monies must be paid 7 clear days before attending an event. Consequences of failure to pay If payment is not made within the time limits set out above, will be a breach of contract by the client entitling Salon Jedi to treat the contract as ended and reallocate the bookings and/or tickets without notice to the client. In the event of Salon Jedi treating the contract as ceased, Salon Jedi shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client, and the balance, if any, of the price of the booking shall become immediately payable by the client to Salon Jedi. This is without prejudice to Salon Jedi’s rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Salon Jedi.

COPYRIGHT

All content you have access to are the rights of, and owned by, Salon Jedi and is protected accordingly.

RESTRICTIONS

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the member may not:

(a) copy, sell, transfer, modify, re-create, duplicate or alter any part of the Salon Jedi training materials;

(b) use the Product on behalf of, share, or permit to be shared, the Salon Jedi training materials with any third party;

(c) attempt to use the Salon Jedi training materials as their own, or coach using the Salon Jedi training materials;

(d) knowingly use the Salon Jedi training materials in any manner or for any purpose that violates any applicable law or regulation, or any right of any person including, but not limited to, Intellectual Property Rights, or privacy rights.

If a Salon Jedi member wishes to use the Salon Jedi training materials to coach, they will need to become a licenced Salon Jedi Coach and must not share or practice any of the training or materials they have learnt with the Salon Jedi.

PRICE & BONUS SPECIFICATION

Where stated, prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Bonuses included in specific packages come to no extra cost, they are subject to availability and change. If a specific bonus is not available another will be offered in place up to the same value.

If a Personal Mentor Day is offered as a bonus, please be aware you may be part of a small elite group and will receive one to one time with a mentor during the day (it is not necessarily a 1-1 meeting). Bonuses are valid for one year from date of purchase, and no refunds or cash value can be claimed or will be exchanged against any bonus. They are valid with the Buyer only and not for transfer to another party. Resales are strictly forbidden. Please also be aware if Email for Life is offered as a bonus it is to support you with support information relative only to the subject on the day of Seminar/training/or school.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If having attended a Salon Jedi Seminar (or event) after one day and you are not 100% satisfied, you may request a refund. Such a request must be made by you in writing and received by Salon Jedi prior to the commencement of the second day of the Seminar. If you attend any subsequent day of the event or Seminar, this has the effect of cancelling your request for any refund.

ALTERATIONS TO ADVERTISED PACKAGES

All advertised packages are subject to availability. Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages, but any packages may be altered, or dates changed either before or after confirmation of the booking. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking, Salon Jedi accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations, or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, Salon Jedi agrees to use endeavours as it considers to be reasonable to make alternative packages available.

EVENTS AND SEMINARS

Definitions “SJ,” the “Company” or “us” means Salon Jedi Ltd. By registering for the Seminar or purchasing the Program at one of our locations (“Hotel”),
you (the “Buyer”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have any objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for, or attend the Seminar, or purchase the Program.

Buyers Conduct

Promoter requires all Buyers to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers and other Buyers and/ or their guests or families throughout the Seminar, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Promoter reserves the right to ask Buyer and/ or their guests to leave the conference room and Hotel immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Buyer’s tuition/fees for the Seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify
for our satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee. Disclaimers By law we can only guarantee your satisfaction with our training, not your results.

During our trainings, if you have any errors or issues with areas you have been asked to implement or have areas that are not working from anything that is discussed or any advice that we have given on the call, you can email support@salonjedimarketing.com for support. For additional questions or where additional help is required, this will incur a separate cost.

Our Seminars and Programs are for your educational and informational purposes only. As stipulated by law, we make no guarantees that you will do well, achieve any results or make any money from our information, and we offer no professional, legal, therapeutic or financial advice. Our training cannot replace or substitute for the services of certified professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, health, or legal matters. We do not purport anything we do or teach as a “get rich scheme,” and any financial numbers outlined in our training are examples, opinions and illustrations, and thus should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for your actual or future performance. There can be no assurance that any prior success or, or past results, as to income earnings, can be used as an indication of your or anyone’s future success or results. Check with your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor, before acting on this or any information.

Exclusions

Note that events are not residential and do not include accommodation or food and beverages unless stated.

Liability Waiver

You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, or results, at any time, under any circumstance. You agree that our company is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company, or our company products, or services, and you specifically release Promoter, Caroline Sanderson, or our representatives, or contractors from liability for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information or strategies communicated through our Seminars, Programs, materials, websites, or any other services provided prior to or following this program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its representatives. Buyer hereby accepts all risk to his or her business and health excluding personal injury or death that may result from the Promoter’s negligence whilst the buyer has been participating in the Seminar and Program.

Note that Caroline Sanderson does not present at every event, however we will always provide a fully trained speaker.

SUPPORT

Your email will go via our support team first to see if they can find a swift answer and solution for you. Emails are passed to Caroline only if the enquiry needs Caroline’s personal attention. Our team is highly qualified to deal with most enquiries to get you a swift solution without the need for Caroline’s response which will be slower. The term “Life” is appropriate to the life of Caroline Sanderson.
