Caroline Sanderson

Caroline Sanderson is the Director of multi award-winning Ego Hair Design Inverness established in 2002, her Salon Jedi Coaching Academy established in 2010 – the first ever digital training provider to receive Good Training Guide certification – and author of seven times Amazon Bestseller, The Salon Jedi: The Big Business Breakthrough For Ambitious Salon Owners. 

Caroline, also known as ‘The Salon Jedi’, is a master at transforming not only salon results but salon owners themselves, which she puts down to the mindset training she delivers. This has been a huge part of Caroline’s training for the past twelve years because she herself was on the brink of closing her salon doors back in 2009 before she turned it around using mindset and marketing strategies.

She’s trained in NLP (Neuro linguistics programming), a Certified Ho’oponopono Practitioner, and features in New York Times best-selling author John Assaraf’s new book Innercise as a super successful case study. John is best known as an expert in the book and film ‘The Secret’ and is the CEO of Neurogym as well as Caroline’s personal mentor.

Marketing is also a huge part of Caroline’s expertise. Caroline and her team have bagged over 100 award nominations and wins and is one of the few with great success in both creative and business awards including:

Caroline is an international speaker teaching her Super Salon Success Systems all around the UK as well as the US in locations like San Diego and Florida. In 2019 alone Caroline hosted 22 Bootcamps and 8 schools in her mission to reach and teach 1500 salons.

As a single mum, juggling the salon and her coaching career with family is not without challenges but Caroline is on a mission to empower another 1000 salon professionals in 2020 with her innovative M.I.N.D.F.U.L Salon Source Code the mindset and skill sets for total transformation.

Carla Zebrowski

Carla is a Salon Jedi Coach and co-author of seven times Amazon Bestseller, The Salon Jedi: The Big Business Breakthrough For Ambitious Salon Owners. A Certified Ho’oponopono Practitioner and Certified Salon Jedi Coach, Carla also has a Public Speakers University qualification.

Carla has run her own Hotel, worked in a Bank, been a visual merchandiser for a global company, and worked for Virgin before joining Caroline as a Front of House Manager at Ego Hair Design in June 2012. It was a natural progression for Carla to begin working alongside Caroline as a Salon Jedi coach.

Carla says, “I love giving advice and training, seeing it being implemented and seeing other people achieve their goals because of the difference my advice has made.”

A single mum of 2 girls, Carla enjoys pushing herself out of her comfort zone and her achievements include running the London Marathon, Skydiving and Bungee Jumping alongside being an International Speaker and Award Winner.
