Salon Jedi Academy Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1 Cancellation Policy
You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of purchase by sending an email to us at support@salonjedimarketing.com. If you join our Facebook Groups or download any digital content within the 14-day period, you will automatically lose your right to cancel your purchase.

1.2 Academy Terms
If you join our Academy, you agree to a 12-month fixed term, and the following terms apply: The agreement begins once both parties have signed the terms and conditions. – The agreement is for a minimum period of 12 months from the start date. – This agreement is non-transferable unless you are upgrading your package.

1.3 Payment Terms

1.3.1 Academy Payments:
Annual
Full payment is required before the agreement commences.
Monthly Direct Debit Payment Plan:
Payments are due on the same date each month for 12 months via Direct Debit. A minimum of 12 monthly payments is required before this contract may be terminated. If any payment is overdue by more than 30 days without prior approval, access to the community group and online learning tools will be denied, and the matter may be escalated to our legal team.

1.3.2 Event Payments
Payment is generally required in full before the event or over an agreed instalment plan. The overall price must be paid, including any final instalment, before the event date. All monies must be paid 7 clear days before attending an event. Failure to pay within the specified time will be treated as a breach of contract, allowing Salon Jedi to reallocate bookings and retain all sums already paid.

1.3.3 Payment Plan Terms-
Late Payment:
If a payment under a payment plan is not made within 7 days of the due date, access to the service will be suspended until the outstanding payment is made. If the payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, the full balance of the payment plan may become immediately due, and access to all services may be permanently revoked. In such cases, the account may be sent to collections, and the client may be responsible for any collection costs incurred.
Cancellation of Payment Plan:
The client may cancel their payment plan with 30 days’ notice. However, any outstanding balance must be paid in full before the cancellation takes effect. Failure to pay the outstanding balance will result in the same actions as those taken for late payments.

1.3.4 Subscription Terms and Payment Delivery –

Subscription Billing:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan chosen at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise Salon Jedi Ltd to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

Failed Payments:
If a subscription payment fails, Stripe will attempt to process the payment up to 8 times within a 3-week period. For bank debit payments, Stripe will retry the payment twice within a 2-week period. If the payment continues to fail, access to the subscription services will be suspended. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days, your subscription may be cancelled. –
Communication Regarding Payment Issues:

If you experience any issues with payments or are unable to meet the payment deadlines, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our team will assess your circumstances and work with you to find a suitable resolution before any further action is taken.

Cancellation of Subscription:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period. No partial refunds will be given for the current billing period.

Subscription Renewal:
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be notified of any changes to the subscription fees before your subscription is renewed.

1.4 Copyright and Restrictions
All content provided by Salon Jedi Ltd is protected by copyright. Members may not: – Copy, sell, transfer, modify, or alter any part of the Salon Jedi training materials. – Share or permit sharing of the Salon Jedi training materials with any third party. – Use the Salon Jedi training materials as their own or coach others using these materials without becoming a licensed Salon Jedi Coach.

1.5 Price & Bonus Specification
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Bonuses included in specific packages are subject to availability and may be substituted with another bonus of equal value if unavailable. Bonuses are valid for one year from the date of purchase, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1.6 Satisfaction Guarantee
If, after attending a Salon Jedi Seminar or event for one day, you are not 100% satisfied, you may request a refund in writing before the commencement of the second day. Attendance on any subsequent day will void the refund request.

1.7 Alterations to Advertised Packages
All advertised packages are subject to availability. Salon Jedi reserves the right to alter packages or change dates before or after confirmation. Reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative arrangements where possible.

1.8 Events and Seminars

Applicability:
These terms apply specifically to 2-3 day seminars and events. Participants must review any additional terms that may apply to specific seminars or events they register for.

Pricing:
All prices quoted for seminars and events are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT will be added at the time of payment.

Conduct:
Attendees must behave respectfully at all times. Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

Liability Waiver:
You alone are responsible for your decisions, actions, or results. Salon Jedi Ltd is not liable for any business decisions or outcomes resulting from information provided during events or seminars.
2. Course-Specific Terms
2.1 30-Day Salon Ignite Course Terms

Money-Back Guarantee:
To be eligible for a refund, participants must complete the entire course and provide evidence of strategy implementation. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the course ends.

Growth Measurement:
The 30% growth target can be measured using various KPIs, such as turnover, rebooking rates, client numbers, sales of upgrades, and retail sales. Growth is calculated based on average KPIs over a relevant period.

Notification Requirement:
Participants must notify the course administrators of any challenges in achieving the 30% growth target within the 30-day course period to allow for coach intervention.

3. Affiliate Program Terms
3.1 Commission Structure
Commission rates for affiliates are outlined at the time of registration for each course or program and are subject to change with 7 days’ notice. Payments are made monthly, net of VAT, and subject to a minimum payout threshold of £50.

3.2 Use of Branded Materials
Affiliates must use only the official branded materials provided by Salon Jedi Ltd. Unauthorised alterations, including changes to logos, fonts, or colours, are strictly prohibited. Affiliates are encouraged to use the design templates available within their affiliate assets.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in misleading or deceptive marketing practices. All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their respective regions.

3.4 Modification and Termination
Salon Jedi Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program with 7 days’ notice. Any commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid according to the standard payment schedule.

4. Legal and Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Salon Jedi Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Licence for Use
Course participants and affiliates are granted a limited, revocable licence to use Salon Jedi’s materials solely for their intended purpose, such as course participation or promotion. This licence may be revoked at any time if the terms are violated.

4.3 Limitation of Liability
Salon Jedi Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and participants acknowledge that results may vary based on numerous factors.

4.4 Indemnification
Participants and affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Salon Jedi Ltd harmless from any claims arising out of their breach of these terms or use of our services.

4.5 Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing formal legal action.
